The solutions we offer are technically complex products of high quality, which must be handled with care and technical knowledge during maintenance and repair. And that is why we place the high qualification of our service engineers as well as the employees of the spare parts department first. Мы предлагаем нашим Заказчикам прямые долгосрочные Соглашения, в рамках которых мы осуществляем регулярное периодичное техническое обслуживание систем хранения Hanel Lean-Lift и Rotomat, тем самым значительно продлевая срок эксплуатации и заранее предупреждая все внештатные ситуации связанные с остановкой и простоем оборудования.
Кроме этого, в рамках сервисных Соглашений мы осуществляем пополнение запаса ЗИП у наших Заказчиков.
